What is E-Verify and what does it mean for your company?

As a U.S. employer, you are required to verify the eligibility of your employees. Our E-Verify Solution does that for you. This real-time, electronic employment eligibility process provides instant verification of an individual’s right to work in the United States. It is fully compliant with the government’s E-Verify program. Verify the accuracy of Social Security and Immigration “A” numbers and obtain employees’ legal right to work status with a DHS-issued verification number. Click here for the Registration Form.

Beginning September 8, 2009, all federal government contractors must verify employment eligibility for all employees working under government contracts.

The rule affects the following types of prime federal contracts:

  • Contracts with a period of performance longer than 120 days;
     
  • Contracts in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold ($100,000)
     
  • Subcontracts with a value in excess of $3,000
             - If the prime Federal Contract includes the E-Verify clause
