Background Profiles® is a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The company maintains a strict policy of complete adherence to and compliance with the FCRA. We also monitor and comply with all state regulations governing the provisioning of Consumer Reports and Investigative Consumer Reports including the ADA. Additionally, our reports help our clients comply with the regulations of the FAA, DOT, NRC, and DOE. Background Profiles operates in the state of Nevada under Private Investigator License # 1451 and in the state of Texas under License # A18224.
