Founded in 1990, Background Profiles has benefited since its inception from the leadership of Scott Moran and Steven James, who have 40+ years of experience in employment practices, process development, and private investigation. The National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS®) Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC) recently announced that Background Profiles has successfully demonstrated compliance with the Background Screening Agency Accreditation Program (BSAAP) and will now be formally recognized as BSCC-Accredited.
